I absolutely love zales. The staff is always friendly and very kind with my boys! Anytime I have an issue with my ring that I’ve had since 2017 ( which is very few) they are always quick with getting the repairs done and my ring back in a timely fashion.

Jason is always so helpful. I will never buy jewelry anywhere else. We have always gotten repairs done so swiftly. They’re incredibly professional. They will even freshen up your jewelry you didn’t purchase here. I always leave with beautiful rings that look brand new! Please come give them a look when you’re looking for something beautiful 😊

The employees we're very knowledgeable and kind. I.Worked as a manager in a fine jewelry in Macy's for years. I know good customer service and they were excellent. This was at the Mall in Bridgeport WV.

Stopped by just browsing and ended up buying this gorgeous necklace! I'm not one for real jewelry typically but I got to speaking with Ashley there and once she showed me this one I was in love! She was super nice and not at all pressuring. Half the time I avoid those stores because of how pushy some sales people are. She really listened to what I liked in tastes and picked the perfect one!!

I went into this store to just look, not really knowing what I liked/wanted (or anything about jewelry in general). Immediately, I was greeted by Rick with such a great smile and genuine personality. He helped explain things I would have never known otherwise about jewelry. Being a young person in a store with obviously expensive items, it is easy to not be taken seriously. Rick gave me an experience completely opposite to all my other ones, and I am forever grateful for that. If anybody is thinking of visiting or purchasing from this store, I cannot recommend working with Rick enough!!

I have never had a bad experience with any of the employees. They were helpful to my husband when he purchased my engagement ring and were also helpful when it came time to purchasing bands. We are happy with our purchases and recommend our Zales friends!
